15.4 is announced and a new movement makes its way into the Open!
Please check out the link posted. Review standards, RX/Scaled Options, Weights, Etc. We plan to begin heats at 5pm with 6-8 athletes in a heat. Additionally, all will be judged. So please stay and help (judge) if you go in an earlier heat if possible.
All class times will be executing this Open Workout.
For tomorrow: Please have decided whether you are doing RX/Scaled.
If you are signed up for the Open (Registered & Paid), you CANNOT scale the scale. You have to stick with either : RX or Scaled that is prescribed by the higher ups at CrossFit Inc.

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
6 handstand push-ups
9 handstand push-ups
12 handstand push-ups
15 handstand push-ups
18 handstand push-ups
21 handstand push-ups
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
Men clean 185 lb.
Women clean 125 lb.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 push presses
Men push press 95 lb. and clean 115 lb.
Women push press 65 lb. and clean 75 lb.
