WOD:

If more than 10 Athletes, split into two groups

Each Athlete will complete the below 5 x each

Row 20/15 Calories (20 for Men, 15 for Women)

15 Box Jumps #24/20

10 Shoulder to Overhead #135/95

Max Burpees over Bar in remaining time.

4 minutes of work followed by 2 minutes of rest

-Set up logistically such that 2 people can use same weight & box

First Round

-Athlete 1 works from :00 to 4 minutes and rests from 4-6.

-Athlete 2 works from 2 minutes to 6 minutes and rests from 6-8.

Second Round

-Athlete 1 works from 6 minutes to 10 minutes and rests from 10-12.

-Athlete 2 works from 8 minutes to 12 minutes and rests from 12-14.

Repeat for 3, 4, and 5 Rounds
