If you plan on re-doing the Open WOD (15.3) tonight, please RSVP in WodHopper. You will have the opportunity to execute this WOD from 5-7pm.

Don’t forget to submit your score for validation by 8pm this evening 3/16/15.

WOD:

Every Minute on the Minute x 15 minutes

Min. 1: Squat Clean x 3 reps

Min. 2: Squat Clean x 2 reps

Min. 3: Squat Clean x 1 rep

Min. 4: Squat Clean x 3 reps

Repeat

You should be building throughout the entire 15 mins. For Example Your first minute (3 reps) should be less than your fourth minute.
