A)

Build to 3 rep Hang Snatch that you will be using in the workout.

B)

Every 90 seconds x 10 Rounds, Complete:

8 Burpees

3 Hang Snatch

The weight should not be a 3 rep max. This should be a manageable weight that you can complete all 10 rounds with.
