WOD:

With 10 minutes total on the clock, complete:

1 min. of Push Press #45

2 mins. of Air Squats

3 mins. of Burpees

4 mins. of Rowing

After 3, 2, 1 go, you will complete 1 full minute of max PP @ weight, then you will go right into 2 full minutes of max AS, then 3 full minutes of Burpees, then 4 full minutes of Rowing.

In the case that there are more athletes than rowers, 1/2 of class does burpees (3 min) then rowing (4 min), the other 1/2 of class does rowing (3 min) then burpees (4 min).
