Schedule Update: Starting this week we will be introducing a 6:30pm to both Tuesday and Thursday’s. The 8am and 10am Saturday schedule has been changed to 9 and 10am.

Starting this week and from now on you must go onto our WOD Hopper system and reserve or sign up for classes. Also we will be putting a cap of 15 athletes per class to ensure the quality of the classes, coach to athlete ratio as well as the creativity of the programming. There will be a $20 fine if you reserve or sign up for a class during peak hours and don’t show. Peak hours include all 5:30pm classes monday thru Thursday, 5pm on Friday and Saturday at 10am.
