Increasing Wall Ball / Burpee Ladder (by 5 reps)

5/5, 10/10, 15/15, 20/20, 25/25, 30/30, 35/35, 40/40, 45/45, 50/50…etc

On the start of 3-2-1 go, Athletes will do 5 WBS then 5 burpees. 10/10…Increasing by 5 reps every time until time is called.

Today’s goal should be to meet all the standards of the movements,

as well as to really find your second wind.
