12 minutes set on the clock!

2 minutes of ME Rowing

2 minutes of DB Thrusters #35/25

2 minutes of ME Rowing

2 minutes of Slam Balls #20

2 minutes of ME Rowing

2 minutes of Hollow Rocks

-Realistically, your goal should be to accumulate 500m each time on the rower. Then, immediately move right into the exercise. For the movements, 25-30+ reps is feasible!

-If the class size is over 10, half of the class follow the above and the other half switch rowing with movement. IE: 2 min DB TH, 2 min Row, 2 min SB, 2 min Row, 2 min HR, 2 min row.
