Saturday, December 31st: Normal Hours, 9 and 10am class.
Sunday, January 1st: Closed, No Open Gym.

Monday, January 2nd: Updated Schedule:

8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm and 5pm: Group Class Only

8:30am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Open Gym

*Ideally, the Hang Power Cleans and Toes to Bar should be unbroken and fast. Lower weight and reps if needed to make this happen.

*The row should be a very hard pace.
