CFH ST JUDE INVITE 2015

 

WARM-UP:

As an Individual: 

3x

30 Jumpin’ Jacks

20 PVC Pipe Thrusters

10 Push-ups

As a Team:

Set up Stations, Accumulating 20-30 warm-up reps on all movements. (i.e. 20-30 cals on rower, 20-30 thrusters w/ weight, 20-30 burpees, 20-30 DB Snatch) This can be broken up amongst a few warm-up rounds.

WOD:

In Teams of 5,

15 min. AMRAP

P1: 15 / 12 Calorie Row (Pacer)

P2: Max Reps Thrusters #75/55

P3: Max Reps Burpees

P4: Max Reps  DB Snatch #Choose Weight As Team

P5: Rest

** Donation Buy-In: $20.00 per Person

*Athletes must also wear festive holiday attire!

Each person who donates will be entered to win a prize from GNC.

There will be one male & one female prize winner!

-Teams have increased by 1 Athlete (We will make changes in the morning) 

-Warm-up begins @ 9am.

-One big heat will begin @ 9:30-9:40. 

-All Teams will have 1 Rower, 1 Barbell, 1 Spot for Burpees, 1 Dumbbell, 1 Rest Station.
