As a Team:
Set up Stations, Accumulating 20-30 warm-up reps on all movements. (i.e. 20-30 cals on rower, 20-30 thrusters w/ weight, 20-30 burpees, 20-30 DB Snatch) This can be broken up amongst a few warm-up rounds.

-Teams have increased by 1 Athlete (We will make changes in the morning)
-Warm-up begins @ 9am.
-One big heat will begin @ 9:30-9:40.
-All Teams will have 1 Rower, 1 Barbell, 1 Spot for Burpees, 1 Dumbbell, 1 Rest Station.
