Daily Point Breakdown
Each meal has a positive, negative, or neutral value:
+1 Paleo Meal (no grains, dairy, or sugar. (Not even cream in your coffee!!)
+0 Any Paleo meal that includes some sort of gluten free carbohydrate. ( Gluten free bread, waffles, chips, or other desserts ).
+0 if your post wod meal is whey protein.
-2 Cheat Meal: (max -10 /per day)
“Rule of 5′s” Bonus Points:
+1 Five Meals a day
+1 Within 5 hours between meals
-1 Less than 4 or more than 5 meals per day.
Exercise Bonus Points:
+20 4+ WOD’s per week. ( 3 of the 4 wods have to be done at CFH). There will be 1 travel wod given each week and must be completed as RX.
+10 3 Wods/week
-10 Fewer than 3 Wods/week
More Bonus Points:
+1 64oz of H20
+1 8+ hours of sleep ( including naps)
+1 Each meal includes veggies(excluding Post wod meal)
Deductions
-1 Each alcohol bev (max -5 per day)
-1 No post workout meal (before leaving gym)
-1 Fewer than 5g of EPA/DHA per day Fish Oil Calculator
-1 Failure to perform the required burpees for the day
-1 for more than 2 servings of fruit a day ( size of your fist is 1 serving)
10 Points possible per day for 30 days.
80 Possible exercise bonus points.
380 possible total score
340 + points earn your money back.

Overall winner (Most points might not get you the win so don’t even think about it. I’m gonna know who’s serious and who’s not ).
