Power Snatch #155/105 Scale: Decrease Weight
Handstand Push-ups Scale: Strict DB Press
Chest to Bar Pull-ups Scale: Pull-ups/Ring Rows
As a team of 2, break up the reps as needed. Complete 20 Power Snatches, 20 Handstand Push-ups, and then 20 Pull-ups. Follow the same for 10, 5, 10, 20.
