WOD:

A) Find a 3 rep max Back Squat

B) Take 70% of A and complete 1 set of max reps.

This is the start of a 4 week block of squat endurance. 

Week 1: Max reps at 70%

Week 2: Max reps at 80%

Week 3: Max Reps at 90%

Week 4: Max Reps at 70% (retest)

Push hard on the max reps at 70%, essentially going until failure.
