In teams of 3: 

2 Rounds

2 minutes: Max Burpees to Target

3 minutes: Max Medicine Ball Cleans

3 minutes: Max Dumbbell Push Press

3 minutes: Max Calories on Rower

(All teammates works during the 2 minutes of Burpees.)

(Only 1 teammate can work at a time for MBC, DB PP and Row Cal)

(Strategize how to break up reps, quick transition times, etc.)
