NEWS:

If you plan to do the Open Workout on Friday, make sure you moderate your intensity this week as to prepare for whatever the event may be. Additionally, I suggest taking off Thursday (or taking it easy) in order to maximize volume and recovery. Please let us know if you have any questions in regards to this!

A)

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes, Build to a 3 rep max Power Clean. (3 working attempts)

B)

Continue for 7 minutes.

*Weight for Power Clean should be moderately heavy.
