I am happy to announce the addition of the 5pm class on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday starting next week, 2/23/15. With this, we will now be offering a 5pm option Monday thru Friday.

With that being said, we also lowered the Cap Size from (18 to 15) for these classes: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5pm, 6pm, 7pm. All other classes will remain at 18 for now. This will allow for a better ratio of Coach to Athlete.

Also, Olympic Lifting Class will resume in 2-3 weeks and will most likely be scheduled for Monday’s at 6pm (as it was previously scheduled).

**During the Open, Monday will be another opportunity/option for you to repeat the CrossFit Open Workout. Though, if you do not wish to repeat this, we will hold regularly scheduled 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm classes with a different “Workout of the Day” so you can keep up that fitness!


A) Build to a heavy Snatch



For time:
Snatch 135 pounds, 30 reps

Use 95 pounds, 65 pounds or broomstick as needed.

*If feasible, perform “Isabel” as a squat snatch today.
