I spend many weekends on the road and tend to do a lot of recapping and reminiscing during my downtime. This weekend, I was looking at some videos from my very first days at CFH.

*Pick ONE¬†weight that is challenging for all 4 movements. Don’t be afraid to decrease the weight. More often than not, a decrease in weight will lead to an increase in rounds/repetitions. This will have a direct correlation to your power output and therefore your intensity. Go fast, go hard!
