Hey everyone if you haven’t signed up for the Hydrostatic bodyfat testing on Jan. 5th spots are filling up. If your interested in participating in what I feel is going to be our best challenge yet the bodyfat testing that will be taken before and after the challenge will be the most accurate way to track your progress.
