Hey everyone if you haven’t signed up for the Hydrostatic bodyfat testing on Jan. 5th spots are filling up.  If your interested in participating in what I feel is going to be our best challenge yet the bodyfat testing that will be taken before and after the challenge will be the most accurate way to track your progress.  Here is a little more info on the hydrostatic testing.

Wild caught salmon ( always try to go with wild caught vs. farm raised ) & collard greens.

    First time on the site..I have to say there is lots of good info here. The blog posts are great lots of good reading and the programming looks intense. Good stuff, like everything I see.
