For Time: 22 min. CAP 

50 Wall Ball Shots (3 minutes)

50 Double Under’s (90 seconds)

40 Toes to Bar (3 minutes)

40 Box Jumps #24/20 (2 minutes)

30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups (3 minutes)

30 Burpees over Bar (3 minutes)

20 Handstand Push-ups (90 seconds)

20 Front Squats #185/115 (3 minutes)

SCALING:

Lots of moving pieces here. If you can perform the movement, then look to lower reps that will allow for you to complete. For example, if you can perform Toes to Bar but cannot do 40 reps, scale to 20 reps, etc. 

The above times in ( ) are suggested times for you to complete that movement.
