12/31: 6am, 930am Class Only & Open Gym 12-2pm

WOD:

Every 4 minutes x 5 sets

In a 2 minute window, complete:

2 Rope Climbs

15 Hand Release Push-ups

Max Wall Ball Shots in the remaining time

If more than 10 athletes, split into two groups. 

Athletes should be working for 2 minutes/resting for 2 minutes x 5.

SCALING:

Scale to 1 Rope Climb and 10 HRPU if needed

The goal is to have approximately 30 seconds for wall balls every round
