Every 4 minutes x 5 sets

In a 2 minute window, complete:

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

(5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats)

Max Overhead Squats #135/95 in Remaining Time.

If more than 10 athletes, split into two groups. 

Athletes should be working for 2 minutes/resting for 2 minutes x 5.


Scale to a # of reps for “Cindy” that allows you to complete 2 rounds in less than 90 seconds giving you approximately 30 seconds to complete a few overhead squats.

Scale weight on overhead squats.

Bar must be snatched from the ground.
