For Today’s WOD, the goal is to do 5 sets of 5 at the same weight. This weight should be about 80-85% of your 1 rep max. All of these sets should be very challenging.
For example, if your 1 rep max is 200lbs, then I suggest you do:
160-160-160-160-160
If this above weight becomes too heavy, do not be afraid to drop down for the final sets.
