St. Jude Fundraiser WOD is this Saturday at 10am.    We teamed up with GNC to WOD for St. Jude.  This will be very informal, and donations are appreciated!  Hope everyone can make it!!

Schedule Update!! CFH will be closed on Monday and Tuesday of next week, regular schedule will resume on Wednesday.
