Next week, we will be posting an average day of eating in the life of Coach, Dawn, Miriam, Leslie, Barry, myself and others. Although nutrition is very athlete dependent, this may offer a simple way for members to identify themselves with one of the individuals chosen. This will make it easier for you to understand how to put meals together!
