A1: Power Snatch 5 sets x 2 reps @70% of 1rm Snatch (Build on weight from last week)

A2: Hang Snatch  2 sets x 3 reps @65% of 1rm Snatch (Same weight as last week)

A3: Hang Snatch 2 sets x 2 reps @70% of 1rm Snatch. (Build on weight from last week)

Advanced:

3x

10 Strict Pull-up with negative

10 Strict DB Press

Intermediate:

3x

10 Jumping Pull-ups with negative

10 Strict DB Press

*The extra stuff is with a big focus on midline stabilization or the ability to resist flexion and undue hyperextension of your spine/trunk. Also, developing upper body strength. 

*This should be done under little to no intensity!
