-The goal is to find a reachable number for the DB Snatches on the first round. Then, continue holding the same number each round thereafter. (This allowed me to have 10-12 sec. rest)
-The goal on the rower is to go really hard because you have a rest immediately after.
To get an idea/gauge.
-12 DB snatches with each arm (24 total) within the minute was feasible.
-240-250m within the minute was about a 90% row.
-I was on the ground (bacon sizzle style) for a good 15 minutes post workout.
