Rep Scheme: 2/2/2, 4/4/4, 6/6/6, 8/8/8, ……20/20/20 (Increase by 2 after each round)

The AMRAP starts when the last person is off the rower. 3-2-1 go, you begin the AMRAP by completing two reps of each movement. This continues as an ascending ladder, 2 reps of each, then 4, then 6…etc.
