Toes to Bar*
*If you are having trouble performing Toes to Bar or Knees to Elbow, substitute 1 Strict Ring Row and 2 Abmat Sit-ups per 1 Toes to Bar. This scale will work grip, core, and pulling strength in order for you to eventually get T2B and K2E.
