A) Deadlift 3rm

*Build a 3rm in 15 minutes.

B) In teams of 2, (2 bars)

P1: Rows 30 Calories

P2: Holds Deadlift @top/finish position, standing tall

then:

P2: Rows 30 Calories

P1: Holds Deadlift @top/finish position, standing tall

 Notes:

Each athlete/partner, uses their 3rm for the Deadlift Hold. If the partner who is holding the deadlift drops the bar, then the partner rowing must stop until the bar is picked back up.
