DB Ground to Overhead #45/35

Slam Ball #40/20

DB Hang Squat Clean

***If you finish 9 reps, continue back to 21.

**Choose a set of dumbbells that allows you to get the round of 21 in 2-3 sets.

Coaches Note:

-Review the dumbbell ground to overhead options with two DBs

-Snatch/Clean and Jerk technique

EXTRA:
