20 Overhead Walking Lunges #45/25 plate

30 Abmat Sit-ups

Preferred Scaling For Strict Pull-up:

1. Chest to Bar Pull-up

2. Kipping Pull-up

3. Strict Ring Row

(movement of feet to make movement less challenging is okay!!)

-The goal is to use bodyweight for some sort of pull. No bands, boxes, etc.
