Barbells for Boobs will be held at CFH on Saturday, October 18th at 9:00 am. Let us know if you still need a partner! Everyone should participate!!


A: Power Snatch 

Build to a 1 rep max in 12 minutes.

The goal is to perform a rep every 90 seconds

B: Power Snatch

Choose a weight that is @70-80% of your 1rm and

perform 3 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.

Coaches Notes:

B is not meant to be touch and go. Work on proper setup, mechanics, and consistency!
