FORMAT:

  • This WOD should be performed in less than 20 minutes.

SCALING:

  • Handstand Push-up
    • Lower the number of repetitions per round such that you can complete. For example, instead of 25-20-15-10, perhaps choose 10 repetitions PER round.
    • Coaches scale further if needed today.
