NEWS:

We will be ordering sweatshirts by THIS week! The cost is $35 and can be paid with cash, check or card (account). You can try on the sample sizes at the gym as well as see the finished product. Please ask a coach for more information. Please fill out the below document with your name, size and payment preference here. All cash and check payments will be collected this week. This is most likely a one time order as we will not be carrying any inventory.

WOD:

Open WOD Year 2011 / WOD 4

10 minute AMRAP:

60 Burpees over Bar

30 Overhead Squats #120/90

10 Muscle Ups

Continue back to Burpees following the Muscle Ups until time is called. 

2 Heats or Stagger Start if needed.

Muscle Up Sub:

3 Pulls + 3 Push = 1 Muscle Up

Pull Options:

Pull-up, Ring Row, Banded Pull-up

Push Options:

Ring Dips, Push-up, DB Strict Press
