NEWS:

We will be ordering sweatshirts by early next week! The cost is $35 and can be paid with cash, check or card (account). You can try on the sample sizes at the gym as well as see the finished product. Please ask a coach for more information. Please fill out the below document with your name, size and payment preference here. All cash and check payments will be collected next week. This is most likely a one time order as we will not be carrying any inventory.

Open WOD 12.2 (2012)

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
Talk to your coach about YOUR goals in this workout. For example, if you want to test “Open-like weight” do the prescribed weight. If you want to get through the workout and through multiple weights, then choose different weight increments and jumps.
